How to check your Ramp Plus or Enterprise status

In the left-hand sidebar of your Ramp dashboard, look for the entry labeled Ramp Plus, Ramp Enterprise, or Upgrade. If the label reads Ramp Plus or Ramp Enterprise, your business is on that plan. If the label reads Upgrade, your business is not currently on Plus or Enterprise.

How to change which plan you are on

To upgrade:

  1. Navigate to Company > Upgrade from the left-hand menu.
  2. Here you will see an overview of Plus:

To downgrade:

  1. Navigate to Company > Statement & Payments from the left-hand menu
  2. Click the Settings button at the top right of the screen
  3. Select the Cancel Subscription button

After downgrading the Ramp Plus tab will remain with past statements, such that you can always go back and download your past statements.
