Ramp Plus is Ramp's paid tier for businesses that need advanced automation, controls, and integrations as their finance operations become more complex. Everything in Ramp's core platform carries over, and Ramp Plus adds capabilities that help growing teams scale finance workflows without scaling manual work.
Built hand-in-hand with feedback from some of our largest customers, Ramp Plus helps you:
- Control spend from the beginning with procurement workflows, advanced approvals, and configurable spend policies
- Scale globally with international and multi-entity capabilities
- Automate complex financial processes with AI agents, custom workflows, and accounting automation
- Prevent overspending with advanced roles, permissions, policy enforcement, and compliance tools
- Integrate within an existing tech stack across HRIS and accounting providers
Who is Plus for?
Ramp Plus is for businesses that need more than core card, expense, and bill-pay workflows. It is designed for teams that need advanced workflows, multi-entity controls, international capabilities, deeper ERP integrations, Custom Roles, or AI-powered review and accounting automation.

Ramp Plus includes advanced configuration, automation, and integrations across Ramp products, such as:
- AI agents and review automation: Policy Agent, Accounting Agent, and AP automation help review expenses, code transactions, process invoices, and route approvals.
- Stronger controls and compliance: Advanced workflows, Custom Roles, auto-locking for missing requirements, and compliance tools help teams enforce policy at scale.
- Deeper accounting and ERP support: Ramp Plus supports advanced accounting workflows and direct integrations such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Multi-entity and international capabilities: Businesses can manage more complex entity, currency, and global spend workflows in Ramp Plus.

Managing Ramp Plus
Admins can manage their company’s Ramp plan in their Ramp account. This includes the Ramp plan used, methods for paying bills, and the number of active users.

Early customer policy
Early Ramp customers received complimentary access to Ramp Plus features through September 2024. That trial period has ended. See Ramp for early customers for what changed after the trial.
Frequently asked questions
1. Does Ramp support automatic syncing for Ramp Plus or Billing statements (including Bill Pay fees)?
Currently, Ramp does not support automatic syncing for Ramp Plus subscriptions or Billing statements, including any associated Bill Pay fees. Your finance or accounting team must manually account for these items in your ERP system.
2. Can Ramp sync billing payments to my accounting software (ERP) automatically?
Ramp does not currently support syncing billing payments for subscription and fees (such as those for Ramp Plus or Bill Pay fees) to directly integrated accounting platforms. Your team will need to manually record these payments using a journal entry in your ERP.
