Edit company details
Overview
Your company profile in Ramp includes details such as your legal name, DBA name, business address, phone number, and website. Some of these details can be updated by Admins from your company settings, while others can only be changed by Ramp Support.
Company details you can edit
Admins can update the following fields from company settings:
- Business address — Select Edit next to the address field to update your company's street address, city, state, and ZIP code. This address also serves as the billing address for all cards. For step-by-step instructions, see How to update my company's address.
- Business owner — Transfer ownership to another Admin on the account. To transfer to a non-Admin, first change their role to Admin. See Transfer business ownership.
- Card branding — Choose the company name printed on physical cards, or remove branding entirely. See Card branding for details.
Company details that require Support
The following company-level details cannot be edited directly in Ramp:
- Legal name
- DBA (doing business as) name
- Phone number
- Website
To update any of these fields, contact Ramp Support. Your company settings page also includes a link to contact Support directly for these changes.
Note: Business-level EIN, industry, and incorporation details are also managed by Ramp Support and are not displayed on the company settings page.
Edit entity-level details
Available on Ramp Plus. See Ramp Plus overview for plan details.
If your business uses multi-entity management, Admins can edit entity-level details — including entity name, tax number, and currency — directly from Entities settings. Entity-level changes do not affect the parent company profile details listed above.
