- An invitation will be emailed to you.
- You must click on the secure invite link in your email in order to sign up for Ramp.
- You must accept the invitation within 14 days of receiving the email otherwise, the invitation will expire and will need to be resent.
- If your company has a single sign-on (SSO) log-in method enabled, you will be able to log in using that method when you go through the sign-up steps.

Log in methods
Once you've successfully signed up for Ramp, there are a few possible ways you can access your account. Your login options depend on your company's requirements.
These are the log in methods supported by Ramp:
1. Google Single Sign On (SSO)
2. SAML SSO options (Okta, Azure, JumpCloud, OneLogin, or custom provider)
3. Log in with email and password
Your company may require specific login methods based on your role on the Ramp platform. If you are unable to log in using one of these access options, please contact your company administrator or IT team to confirm which ones are allowed.
All accounts are enrolled in multi-factor authentication by phone number, and users can enroll additional authentication devices from their Ramp profile (learn more→).
If you've gone through all of these steps and still have not received your email invite, please contact our support team for further assistance.
