Ramp navigation for employees

Overview

The Ramp web navigation helps employees find expenses, travel, and requests. The navigation items available to you depend on your access and the Ramp products your business uses. See User roles overview to learn about different user roles and access.

The same navigation structure is available in the Ramp web app on desktop and mobile browsers. The Ramp mobile app has separate navigation.

Employee Navigation

Most employees see the below employee navigation, with Expenses and Travel as top-level navigation items rather than items under Home.

Employee Navigation with additional access

For employees with additional access to Ramp features, available features appear in groups under Manage. The items you see depend on the access you have.

Employees with access to their own AI Spend data see Tokens under Spending after their business completes AI Token Spend Management onboarding.
