Sage Intacct Sync Error | Login information is incorrect
Overview
Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Sage:
There was an issue with your sync. We weren't able to process your sync due to this error. Errorno: XL30000006, Description: Login information is incorrect [Support ID: HYJREB037Y7E25_caP042Pz-6uRMWuPSOAaAAAjW]
How to resolve
Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Sage:
- Go to the Accounting tab and click on Settings
- Scroll down and click Disconnect Sage Intacct
- Once disconnected, please click on Sage Intacct to reconnect
- Follow the prompts to complete (consult this setup guide if needed)
