Overview

This bill is associated with a closed accounting period in NetSuite. Because modifying the bill would affect the General Ledger (GL) impact of a closed period, Ramp cannot sync these changes to NetSuite.

Resolve the NetSuite closed-period sync error

Follow the closed accounting period resolution options to reopen the period and retry the sync or make the correction directly in NetSuite.
