QuickBooks Desktop integration: Move or reconnect on a new computer
Follow these steps to move your QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) connection to a new computer or to re-establish the connection:
Step 1: Sign in to your Ramp account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Accounting tab.
Step 3: Click on Settings in the top-right corner.
Step 4: Copy the Reconnect QuickBooks Desktop URL.
Step 5: On the new computer where QuickBooks Desktop is installed, paste the URL into your browser and open it.
Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection setup.
Once you’ve completed the setup, your QuickBooks Desktop integration will be ready to use on the new computer.
