If your bank account has a debit block, debit filter, or positive-pay enabled to prevent unauthorized debits/withdrawals from your account, then payments may be unexpectedly returned.
Ramp will need to be authorized to debit your account for card statement payments, as well as to process Reimbursements and Bill Payments if you have those features enabled.
How do I resolve a debit block?
To fix this, you'll need to notify your bank that Ramp will need to be authorized to debit the account. If they require our originator IDs (also called ACH IDs) to authorize payments, please share the following list with them:
