Find your bank's contact information

Overview

If a Ramp payment fails because of your bank account, you may need to contact your bank to resolve it. For example, a debit block on your business's bank account stops Ramp from withdrawing the funds it needs to process reimbursements. Use the search on this page to find your bank's official support page.

For common reasons that reimbursement payments fail and how to resolve each one, see Issues with reimbursement payments.

Search for your bank's support page

Enter your bank's name to filter the list. The search also matches common alternate names, such as "JPMorgan" for Chase. Each support page opens in a new tab.

If your payment failed because of a debit block, ask your bank to lift the debit block for Ramp. For ACH debit blocks on USD accounts, your bank may ask for Ramp's originator IDs, which are listed in Lifting a debit block on a bank account. These originator IDs do not apply to non-USD accounts.

Contact a bank that is not listed

If your bank is not in the list, use the phone number on the back of your bank card or on your bank's official website. To lift a debit block, give your bank the information in Lifting a debit block on a bank account.
