Travel Delegate Booking via Assistant Role

Overview

Travel Delegate Booking allows assistants to book travel for other team members without needing to manually input traveler details each time on Ramp Travel. Once an assistant is assigned, they can book travel in Assistant Mode, where the traveler’s details and preferences are auto-filled. This removes the need for back-and-forth communication to gather traveler information and ensures policies are consistently followed.

  3. Choose Available Funds
Under "spend from," only available funds from the traveler will appear. Funds assigned to the assistant won’t show up here.
  4. Confirmation and Notifications
Upon booking confirmation, both the assistant and the traveler will receive email notifications. The traveler receives the original email, and the assistant is CC’d. Follow-up emails from airlines or Priceline are sent only to the traveler.
