Overview
Ramp supports Customizable CSV exports for our Universal CSV customers to enhance the quality of CSV exports. The Ramp Customizable CSV experience allows customers to edit their exported CSV files in Ramp, which previously had to be downloaded and edited in a third-party tool outside of the Ramp ecosystem.

Export configuration
Customizable CSV also offers the option to toggle between Single Journal Entry and Double Journal Entry, giving users the flexibility to export according to their accounting preferences.
For single journal entry users:
In the single journal method, we default to making refunds a negative amount.

Ramp’s Customizable CSV Export feature allows you to drag and drop columns to rearrange their order. This customization ensures that the column order aligns with your accounting software's import requirements.
What if I forget to set a field in my export?
We have installed guard rails so that as you fill in fields in your CSV, the drop-down menu will only show the fields that have yet to be included.
Why can't I add any more rows to my CSV export?
If the user does not have additional column fields, they will not be able to add any more rows to their CSV export.
Does this apply to Reimbursements and Bill Pay exports?
Currently, customizable CSV is only available for Ramp Card and is unavailable for Bill Pay and Reimbursements.
Does this apply to Transaction exports?
