Notion integration: Connect a company account in Glass

Overview

Early Access. For access information, see Request access to Glass.

Connect a shared Notion account to Glass so anyone in your business who uses Glass can use what that account can access. A company connection is separate from connecting your own Notion account.

Before connecting Notion

Before using these steps, review Glass availability and early-access requests. This guide is for companies that already have Glass access and Notion company-account setup available.

You need permission to manage Glass for your company. If you cannot open the company plugin settings, ask someone who manages Glass to complete setup.

If Notion is not listed or company-account setup is unavailable, ask your Glass admin to review company plugin setup before continuing. For a Glass sign-in problem, follow Glass access troubleshooting.

Use a Notion account your team shares, not your personal account. Review what that account can access before connecting: its Notion content will be available through the company connection, not just to you.

Notion company accounts use OAuth sign-in. You do not need to create an internal integration token, API key, or customer-owned OAuth app for this connection.

Connect the Notion company account

  1. Open Notion company plugin settings.
  2. Make sure Enabled is on for Notion. Enabling the plugin and connecting an account are separate steps.
  3. Under Company account, select Connect company account.
  4. Review who can use the account, then select Continue. Sign in to the shared Notion account and complete Notion's authorization prompts for the intended workspace. Do not authorize your personal account instead.
  5. Return to the Notion company plugin settings and check that the intended account is listed as Connected. Review the workspace shown on the account row, when present.

If an account is already listed, review its identity and status before making changes. If it is not Connected, follow Finish or renew a Glass plugin connection. A personal Notion connection is not a substitute for the company account described here.

If the account is Connected but Notion reports a permission error, follow provider-permission troubleshooting.
