Overview

Ramp makes it easy for you to manage travel booked with your preferred travel providers. If your company has connected Perk (formerly TravelPerk) to Ramp, Ramp can import eligible booking information automatically. Otherwise, submit the booking confirmation to Ramp using the guidance below. Ramp will try to match it to the corresponding expense and create a trip itinerary when the booking is eligible.

Forward an off-platform travel confirmation

Forward the airline, hotel, or merchant confirmation to [email protected] from the cardholder's email address. If the receipt does not match, follow the steps in Troubleshoot receipt matching.
