When connecting to Xero, a blank screen pops up after I connect on Ramp

When a blank screen pops up after connecting to Ramp, it is typically due to a set up issue. When a user connects Xero, then disconnects on Ramp and tries to reconnect, this happens because Xero was still connected to Ramp.

Steps:

  1. Go to Ramp and make sure you are disconnected from Xero
  2. Go to Xero Click into the drop down menu Select Settings
  3. Under General, select Connected Apps
  4. Disconnect the Ramp Integration.
  5. Retry setting up your Xero connection on Ramp!
