When connecting to Xero, a blank screen pops up after I connect on Ramp
When a blank screen pops up after connecting to Ramp, it is typically due to a set up issue. When a user connects Xero, then disconnects on Ramp and tries to reconnect, this happens because Xero was still connected to Ramp.
Steps:
- Go to Ramp and make sure you are disconnected from Xero
- Go to Xero Click into the drop down menu Select Settings
- Under General, select Connected Apps
- Disconnect the Ramp Integration.
- Retry setting up your Xero connection on Ramp!
