Based on the error message shown, it appears that approval workflows are currently enabled in your Sage Intacct account, which is preventing the bill payment from syncing.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- In Sage Intacct , go to Accounts Payable > Setup > Configuration .
- Under Release To Pay , ensure that Don't Enable is checked at both the top level and for each relevant entity.
- Once you have made these changes, retry the sync in Ramp .
