How to resolve:

• Sign in to Sage Intacct and go to Accounts Payable > Invoices.
• Search for the RECORDNO or the external invoice number.
• If no invoice is found, it may have been deleted or was never synced.
• Check your Ramp to Intacct mapping to confirm the invoice is linked to the correct RECORDNO.
• If the reference is invalid, remove or unlink the invoice from the Ramp record.
• Return to Ramp and retry the sync with only valid records.
