Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Sage:

How to resolve
Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Sage:
- Create a checking account at the top-level entity in Sage.
- Select the General Ledger (GL) account in Ramp that belongs to the newly created checking account.
- Ensure that the correct cash account is linked to one checking account.
- Verify that the selected default account in Ramp is a checking account.
- Confirm that the Sage GL code is mapped to exactly one bank account.
- Adjust any additional GL settings as necessary.
- Save and re-sync your accounts in Ramp.
- Test the configuration to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Reach out to Ramp Support if further assistance is needed.
