Sage Intacct Sync Error | The credit card is not a valid payment method for paying top-level bills in an Intacct Global Consolidation company. Use a different payment method, such as Check. | Error Code: BL03000069

  1. You will need to create a new credit card account at the lower entity level (instead of top-level). What to do with the top-level credit card?
  1. Reference the external Help Center article about Sage setup to see how to create a card.
  2. Very Important: Once the new credit card is created, go to Ramp > Accounting > Settings > Default Accounts and select the new credit card.
  1. For confirmation, follow step 1 in the first section to verify whether the first card was created at the top level or entity level.
  2. Once complete, retry the sync.
