Sage Intacct Sync Error | The credit card 'card name' is invalid.

Overview

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider Sage:

How to resolve

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from Sage:

  1. Ensure that you have the access permissions necessary to edit charge cards in Sage Intacct and then sign in to your account
  2. Navigate to Applications > Cash Management > Set up > Credit Card
  3. Click Edit next to the charge card ID that is producing the error in Ramp (Ramp Card in this case)
  4. Under Credit Card details you will see the field Expiration. Update this field with a date in the future and then Save
  5. Retry the sync in Ramp
