Sage Intacct Sync Error | Sage Intacct reported: You do not have permission for API operation CREATE on objects of type vendor | Error Code: PL04000005

1. In Sage Intacct , go to Company → Admin → Web Services Users and confirm the Ramp user is:

• Active
• Assigned to a Role

2. Go to Company → Admin → Roles .
3. Locate and update the role used by the Web Services user to grant Vendor permissions (at minimum, the ability to create vendors).
4. Save your changes.
5. Retry the sync.
