Sage Intacct Sync Error | Sage Intacct reported: Smart rule CUSTOMER_SUCCESS_GL_LIMIT_CC was violated

Based on the error you’re seeing, Sage Intacct is blocking the sync because it expects all transactions coded to GL accounts to use a specific Department based on the Smart Rule/Event setup.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. In Ramp , review the affected transaction(s) in the Accounting tab.
  2. For each transaction with this error, update the Department field and save.
  3. Retry the sync in Ramp .
