What's Happening:
- Entity mismatch: The bill is not mapped to the correct entity.
- AP Bill isn’t posted: Confirm that the bill exists in Ramp and has already synced to Sage .
- Bill is not approved: The bill is in Pending Approval status.
- Record doesn’t exist or is archived/deleted.
How to Resolve:
- Entity Mismatch: Ensure the correct Connect Subsidiary is selected in Ramp for the Ramp entity.
- AP Bill isn't posted: Proceed to sync the bill from Ramp to Sage .
- Bill Not Approved: Proceed to Sage , approve the bill, and retry the sync.
- Record Doesn't Exist: Record the bill and bill payment manually in Ramp , or proceed to Ramp and retry the sync to Sage .
