To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
- Issue: The bill is not synced to the ERP. The bill is in “Pending Approval” status.
- Resolution:
- If the bill is not synced to the ERP:
- Go to the bill in Ramp.
- Click the three dots on the bill and select “Resync to Sage Intacct.”
- If the bill is in “Pending Approval”:
- Go to Sage Intacct and approve the bill.
- Return to Ramp and try syncing again.
