Sage Intacct Sync Error | Sage Intacct reported: Invalid transaction key {transaction_key}, No line items found | Error Code: BL01001973
Steps to resolve the Intacct bill payment sync issue:
- Check if the bill has a bill payment in Intacct.
- If the bill has a bill payment in Intacct, note that this will block the sync from Ramp to Sage.
- Mark the bill payment as synced from Ramp by clicking the Sync Error, downloading the CSV, and selecting Mark as Paid.
