Steps to resolve the Intacct bill payment sync issue:

  1. Check if the bill has a bill payment in Intacct.
  2. If the bill has a bill payment in Intacct, note that this will block the sync from Ramp to Sage.
  3. Mark the bill payment as synced from Ramp by clicking the Sync Error, downloading the CSV, and selecting Mark as Paid.
