Sage Intacct Sync Error | Entity does not exist | Error Code: XL03000006

Overview

This error occurs when Ramp attempts to sync to a Sage Intacct entity that does not exist or is not accessible to the integration user.

How to resolve if all entities report in the same primary currency

If all entities in Sage Intacct report in the same primary currency (for example, USD):

  1. In Sage Intacct, navigate to Company > Admin > Subscriptions.
  2. Click Configure next to Multi-Entity Management.
  3. Uncheck the Enable Multiple Currencies checkbox.
  4. Save your changes.

This allows transactions to sync at the Top Level.

How to resolve if entities have different currencies

If entities have different currencies:

  1. In Sage Intacct, navigate to Company > Users.
  2. Locate the Web Services User.
  3. Open the User Entities tab.
  4. Confirm that all required entities are listed and available to the user.
