Sage Intacct Sync Error | Credit card Ramp role does not exist. | Error Code: BL03000113
This error occurs when Sage Intacct is unable to find the liability account labeled “Ramp role” that is referenced for the credit card transaction.
This typically happens when:
- The Ramp liability account hasn’t been created in Sage Intacct.
- The account exists but isn’t configured as a Credit Card type.
- The account isn’t accessible to the entity or location tied to the transaction.
How to resolve:
- In Sage Intacct, confirm that the account “Ramp role” exists and is marked as a Credit Card type.
- Ensure the account is accessible to the relevant entity or location.
- If needed, update your Ramp accounting settings to point to the correct GL liability account.
- Return to Ramp and retry the sync.
Additional Step in Ramp:
- Go to Accounting → Settings → Sync Settings.
- Under Sage Intacct Credit Card Liability Account, open the dropdown.
- Select an account from the dropdown menu.
- Even if it’s already showing the correct account, please re-select it from the dropdown.
- This forces Ramp to re-bind to the account record in Intacct.
- Click Save Changes.
- Retry the sync.
