Overview
The sync failures are caused by vendor credits or adjustments that were reversed in Sage Intacct, making the credits invalid for Ramp's sync attempt.
How to resolve
- Confirm whether the reversals were intentional and whether valid replacement credits exist in Sage Intacct.
- If the reversals were not intentional, update the affected credits, then return to Ramp and retry the sync.
- If replacement credits were created, manually apply the credit in Sage Intacct, then return to Ramp and click "Mark as Synced".
