Overview

The sync failures are caused by vendor credits or adjustments that were reversed in Sage Intacct, making the credits invalid for Ramp's sync attempt.

How to resolve

  1. Confirm whether the reversals were intentional and whether valid replacement credits exist in Sage Intacct.
  2. If the reversals were not intentional, update the affected credits, then return to Ramp and retry the sync.
  3. If replacement credits were created, manually apply the credit in Sage Intacct, then return to Ramp and click "Mark as Synced".
