Ramp system status and outages

Overview

Ramp does not have a separate public status page such as status.ramp.com. Instead, Ramp communicates active outages and scheduled maintenance directly in the product.

How Ramp communicates outages and maintenance

• App-wide incident banner: During a major outage, Ramp can show a banner across the web app.
• Sign-in notice: If sign-in or multi-factor authentication (MFA) is affected, Ramp can show a notice in the sign-in flow.
• Scheduled maintenance page: During planned maintenance, Ramp can display a maintenance page until service is restored.

If you do not see an outage or maintenance notice, check the sign-in page for a notice and refresh the page again.
