The Ramp Community Forum is an online space designed to bring Ramp customers and team members together to:

• Drive Product Engagement: Help users maximize the value of Ramp's features.
• Enable Community Support: Foster peer-to-peer learning and troubleshooting.
• Foster Customer Advocacy: Build a network of engaged, enthusiastic Ramp users.

What is the virtual community forum?

A dedicated space for live, ongoing conversations between Ramp users and Ramp employees. It allows customers to:

• Share best practices and workflow tips
• Ask and answer product questions
• Provide feedback on Ramp features
• Connect and build relationships with other customers and the Ramp team.

Here’s how to get started…

1. Access the Forum → Sign-in using your same Ramp email & password
2. Set Up Your Profile → Add a profile picture and fill in any user details

• Introduce yourself in the introductory thread!

3. Explore Topics

• Browse existing discussions to see what others are talking about
• Use the search bar to quickly locate topics, keywords, or specific questions

4. Join the Conversation

• Click “New Post” to start a discussion
• Respond to other users’ posts with comments, answers, or suggestions
• Share your best practices, experiences, and Ramp tips.

5. Follow Topics

• Subscribe to threads or categories to get email updates and stay engaged with conversations that matter to you.

6. Engage Respectfully

• Follow Community Guidelines to ensure a respectful and productive environment for all.

What the forum is

• A place for customers to ask questions and get peer feedback.
• A space for sharing best practices and how-tos.
• A community that supplements the work of Ramp’s CX, CSM, and AM teams.
• An opportunity to connect directly with other Ramp customers and staff.

What the forum is not

• A technical or account support center (contact Ramp Support instead).
• A replacement for your dedicated Customer Success or Account Manager.
• A place for unproductive rants—we encourage constructive feedback.
