Quickbooks Online Sync Error | This Bill has been deleted in your accounting provider so we were unable to sync the Bill Payment.

If the original invoices were deleted or voided in QuickBooks, Ramp will not be able to sync the associated payments, even if you manually re-enter the invoices.

This happens because Ramp’s bill payments are linked to the original QuickBooks internal record ID. Once that record is deleted, QuickBooks no longer has anything for Ramp to match the payment to, so the sync cannot succeed.
