Quickbooks Online Sync Error | The Bill Pay Cash Account you have selected has been made inactive or has been deleted. Select a different account and try again.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO) , navigate to your Chart of Accounts .
Locate the bank/cash account you were using as the Bill Pay cash account.
Either:
Reactivate that account if you still want to use it, or
Choose a different active bank/cash account to use for Bill Pay going forward.
