Quickbooks Online Sync Error | Error parsing query | QueryParserError: Encountered '{token_value}' at line {column}
- Open the failed bill in Ramp
- Click into the bill that failed to sync.
- Review the memo, description, and any custom fields.
- Remove unsupported characters
- Delete symbols like quotes (“ ”), angle brackets (< >), colons in odd placements, or long copied strings.
- If there is a reference number or note copied from another system, clear it and retype a simple value.
- Check line-level descriptions
- Open each bill line.
- Shorten descriptions and remove special characters or pasted text.
- Save and retry the sync
- Click Retry sync on the bill.
