Quickbooks Desktop Sync Error | Your QuickBooks Desktop connection is not active.

  1. Ensure your computer is on – The Web Connector requires your computer to be powered on and connected to the internet.
  2. Launch the Web Connector – Open QuickBooks Desktop with your company file, then go to "File" > "App Management" > "Update Web Services" to launch the QuickBooks Web Connector.
  3. Confirm Auto-Run is enabled – In the Web Connector, make sure the Auto-Run box is checked for your connection.
  4. Verify Every-Min is blank – Ensure the Every-Min field is empty for your connection.
