QuickBooks Desktop Sync Error: This bill has been deleted in QuickbooksDesktop, so we are unable to sync a bill payment. Retrying the sync will create a new bill in QuickbooksDesktop along with the bill payment.

To resolve this issue:

  1. If the refund in Ramp is still linked to the deleted bill, go ahead and unlink it.
  2. Retry the sync.
  3. If this fails, try deleting and re-creating the transaction in Ramp using a slightly different memo or accounting date. This forces a fresh sync attempt of the transaction.
  4. Alternatively, if that bill is still needed in your records, you can manually re-create the original bill in QuickBooks Desktop. This step is optional unless the association is important to your workflow.
