QuickBooks Desktop Sync Error | The value selected for Account was not found. Please select an active value.
Overview
This error occurs when the account used for Ramp in QuickBooks Desktop is not set to the correct account type.
How to resolve
- In QuickBooks Desktop, go to Lists > Chart of Accounts.
- Find the account you're using for Ramp (often named "Ramp Card") and select Edit Account.
- Confirm that the Account Type is set to Credit Card. If it is not, update it to Credit Card.
