However, in cases like this, the bill may still have been successfully created in QuickBooks Desktop even though Ramp shows the attempt as failed.
What to do next:
- Confirm if the bill has already been created in QuickBooks Desktop .
- Open the bill in Ramp .
- Click Mark as Synced .
This tells Ramp that the bill has already been recorded in QuickBooks Desktop. It will clear the error state, keep both systems aligned, and prevent duplicate creation attempts.
