What it means

Conflicts occur when the same name exists in multiple lists or when a needed vendor is inactive. These issues can disrupt syncs and workflows until they’re resolved.

How to fix

  1. Ensure all required Vendors are Active .
  2. Move duplicates from Other Names to Vendor :
  3. Go to ListsOther Names List .
  4. Select the name and choose Edit Name .
  5. Click Change Type and select Vendor .
  6. Save.
  7. If you don’t need to convert, rename entries in Other Names to ensure every name is unique across Vendor, Customer, and Other Names lists.

Result: Ensuring vendors are active and resolving duplicates in the “Other Names” list should clear the errors.
