NetSuite Sync Error | Your bill payment couldn't be synced because the bill is pending approval in NetSuite. Bill payments for bills pending approval cannot be created in NetSuite.

The bill associated with this payment is currently in a Pending Approval status in NetSuite.

To resolve:

• Navigate to the bill in NetSuite and approve the bill.
• Once approved, return to Ramp and click "Retry Sync" .

Note: There may be a workflow in place causing the bill to sync to Ramp as Pending Approval.
