NetSuite Sync Error: Your bill payment couldn't be synced because the bill is already marked as paid in NetSuite. Bill payments for fully paid bills cannot be created in NetSuite.

Steps to resolve the paid bill sync issue:

  1. Leave the bill as paid and do not resync the payment. This is expected behavior if the bill was paid directly in NetSuite.
  2. Ensure no retry is pending on the bill for that payment and wait for the banner to clear.
  3. Ramp will not allow a bill that is fully paid to have a second payment applied against it.
