NetSuite Sync Error | Your bill payment couldn't be synced because the bill is already marked as paid in NetSuite
Steps to resolve the payment sync issue:
- Option 1: To sync the Ramp payment, void the existing bill payment in NetSuite, then go to Ramp → Bill Pay → and sync the transaction.
- Option 2: If the existing NetSuite payment should remain, do not void it. Instead, in Ramp, click Mark as Synced to keep records aligned.
