NetSuite Sync Error | You have entered an Invalid Field Value {invalid_value} for the following field: subsidiary
How to resolve:
- Check the subsidiary’s status in NetSuite:
- Go to Setup > Company > Subsidiaries.
- Look for the internal ID {invalid_value}.
- Make sure the subsidiary is active.
- Confirm vendor access to the subsidiary:
- Open the vendor record in NetSuite.
- In the Subsidiaries subtab, confirm the vendor is assigned to subsidiary {invalid_value}.
- Review Ramp's subsidiary mapping:
- Check your Ramp-to-NetSuite mapping to ensure it aligns with your active subsidiaries.
- If you're using custom fields or integrations, confirm that the value Ramp is passing is valid in NetSuite.
- Return to Ramp and retry the sync.
