NetSuite Sync Error | You cannot make changes to this period. You need the Allow Non-G/L Changes permission and must set the Allow Non-G/L Changes preference in the period record.

To resolve this, please enable Allow Non-GL Impacting Changes in NetSuite by following these two steps:

1. Via Accounting Preferences: Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences > General Ledger. Ensure that Allow Non-GL Changes is enabled.
2. Via Manage Accounting Periods: Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Manage Accounting Periods. Enable Allow Non-GL Changes.

After enabling this, please retry the sync.
