NetSuite Sync Error | The field reversaldate contained more than the maximum number ( 10 ) of characters allowed.

How to resolve:

1. In NetSuite , remove the ramp_receipt_url :

• Go to Customization → Lists → Transaction Body Fields .
• Locate Ramp receipt url .
• Change the ID and Name .

2. Rename the Ramp Accountant Role and set it to inactive if possible:

• Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Manage Users .
• Locate the Ramp Accountant Role .
• Click Edit on the role.
• Rename the role and set it as inactive if possible.

3. Rename the Restlet script :

• Navigate to Customization → Scripting → Scripts .
• Find the Ramp Restlet script and click on it.
• Rename the script.

At this point, you will be in a fresh state to re-do setup instructions.
