NetSuite Sync Error | Statement Payment Requires Additional Info

Overview

Ramp has received the following error message from your Accounting Provider NetSuite:

"We weren't able to sync across the following statement payments, as it appears that NetSuite requires additional information (Department, Project) for these statement payments to be submitted."

How do I resolve this error?

Please follow these steps to resolve this error from NetSuite:

For "department, location, class":

  1. This is temporary to allow the transaction to go through (you can go back after the sync and re-check the settings to get the original format back)

  2. Click Save on the top left

  3. Go back to Ramp and re-attempt the sync (reload pages also to make sure it works)

  4. Go back to the NS page to re-set the original settings if preferred (step 3a
