NetSuite Sync Error | SSS_REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED
Option 1: Try Smaller Batch Syncs
- This error often occurs when a large sync is attempted.
- Use Ramp’s bulk select features to choose a smaller number of items to sync at one time.
- Attempt the sync again with a reduced batch size.
- If the sync completes successfully, continue syncing in smaller batches to avoid hitting NetSuite’s rate limits.
Option 2: Check for Concurrency or Bandwidth Limits
- If the error happens frequently, it may be caused by other integrations syncing at the same time.
- Review your integration settings by navigating to Setup > Integration > Integration Management > Integration Governance in NetSuite.
- Check for any concurrency or bandwidth limits applied to the Ramp integration.
- Increase the allocated bandwidth or concurrency if possible.
- Retry the sync after making these adjustments.
