NetSuite Sync Error | SSS_REQUEST_LIMIT_EXCEEDED

Option 1: Try Smaller Batch Syncs

  1. This error often occurs when a large sync is attempted.
  2. Use Ramp’s bulk select features to choose a smaller number of items to sync at one time.
  3. Attempt the sync again with a reduced batch size.
  4. If the sync completes successfully, continue syncing in smaller batches to avoid hitting NetSuite’s rate limits.

Option 2: Check for Concurrency or Bandwidth Limits

  1. If the error happens frequently, it may be caused by other integrations syncing at the same time.
  2. Review your integration settings by navigating to Setup > Integration > Integration Management > Integration Governance in NetSuite.
  3. Check for any concurrency or bandwidth limits applied to the Ramp integration.
  4. Increase the allocated bandwidth or concurrency if possible.
  5. Retry the sync after making these adjustments.
