NetSuite Sync Error | Please enter value(s) for: {missing_fields}

This error occurs because the field is currently required on statement payment entry forms in NetSuite. Ramp does not support syncing this additional field(s) for these transactions.

How to resolve:

• Sign in to NetSuite.
• Go to Transaction > Bank > Write Checks.
• Click Customize > Customize Form in the top right.
• Go to Screen Fields > Main. If the field is not found here, check other sections within Screen Fields.
• Locate the field.
• Uncheck both Mandatory and Show for that field.
• Click Save.
• Return to Ramp and retry the sync.
