NetSuite Sync Error | Please enter a value(s) for: Department

To resolve this issue:

  1. On NetSuite, go to Transaction → Bank → Write Checks .
  2. In the top right, click Customize → Customize Form . Then go to Screen Fields → Main .
  3. Locate the error field (in this case, it's the Department field).
  4. Uncheck both Mandatory and Show for that field.
  5. Navigate to the Expenses subtab
  6. Uncheck Department under "Show" column
  7. Click Save in the top left.
  8. Return to Ramp and re-attempt the sync.
  9. Optionally, go back to NetSuite and re-enable the original field settings.
