NetSuite Sync Error | Please enter a value(s) for: Department
To resolve this issue:
- On NetSuite, go to Transaction → Bank → Write Checks .
- In the top right, click Customize → Customize Form . Then go to Screen Fields → Main .
- Locate the error field (in this case, it's the Department field).
- Uncheck both Mandatory and Show for that field.
- Navigate to the Expenses subtab
- Uncheck Department under "Show" column
- Click Save in the top left.
- Return to Ramp and re-attempt the sync.
- Optionally, go back to NetSuite and re-enable the original field settings.
