How to resolve it in NetSuite:

• Identify the NetSuite role Ramp is using. This is typically the Web Services user set up for the Ramp integration.
• Update the role’s permissions:
  • In NetSuite, go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
  • Select the role assigned to the Ramp integration.
  • Under Permissions > Custom Record, add: Vendor Prepayment Preference .
  • Set the permission level to Full or at least Edit .
  • Save the role.
• Retry the sync in Ramp.
