NetSuite Sync Error | Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Transactions -> Pay Bills' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.
Steps to resolve the NetSuite permission sync issue:
- Edit Role Permissions in NetSuite: Navigate to Edit Role > Permissions SubTab > Transactions > Pay Bills > Give Edit Permissions.
- Retry Sync in Ramp: Once these permissions are added, return to the bill in Ramp and click the Retry Sync button.
- Reconnect the NetSuite Integration (if error persists): If the syncing error continues after updating the user’s permissions, go to Accounting > Ramp Card in Ramp. Click the Settings button in the top right corner, then click Disconnect NetSuite in the Danger zone.
- Reconnect NetSuite: Follow one of the provided guides to reconnect the NetSuite integration.
