NetSuite Sync Error | Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Transactions -> Pay Bills' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.

Steps to resolve the NetSuite permission sync issue:

  1. Edit Role Permissions in NetSuite: Navigate to Edit Role > Permissions SubTab > Transactions > Pay Bills > Give Edit Permissions.
  2. Retry Sync in Ramp: Once these permissions are added, return to the bill in Ramp and click the Retry Sync button.
  3. Reconnect the NetSuite Integration (if error persists): If the syncing error continues after updating the user’s permissions, go to Accounting > Ramp Card in Ramp. Click the Settings button in the top right corner, then click Disconnect NetSuite in the Danger zone.
  4. Reconnect NetSuite: Follow one of the provided guides to reconnect the NetSuite integration.
